The Opportunity Scan

Before the scan we ask for your name, work email and company, and optionally the country of your office, the size of your company and your main goal for the next twelve months. We use them to email you your result and so that a SafeComs advisor can follow up. Personal webmail addresses are not accepted. While you answer, your answers are kept in your browser only (session storage) so a page refresh does not lose them. When you finish, we store the record (your details and the result) and, separately, an anonymous copy of the result alone: the seven lever scores, the level, the answers, and the country and company-size band if you gave them. The anonymous copy contains no name, no email address and no IP address and is used to understand how companies in the region score, and later to build anonymised comparisons.

The contact form

If you contact us, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, country, company size, sector and the process you describe. If you have just taken the scan, your result is attached so the first conversation starts informed. We use this data to answer your request, and, in anonymised form, for the comparisons described above. Both the scan and the contact form ask for your consent to this use.

Submissions are emailed to SafeComs and stored on our hosting provider. They are kept for 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

What we do not do

No cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts on this site. We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside SafeComs and the service providers that host the site and send our email.

Your rights

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask what data we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to sales@safecoms.com. We answer within the legal deadline.
